Interactions with Hiten

Manten


Manten is his younger brother. In the tenth episode there's a short emotional scene before Manten dies. Hiten does try to avenge his younger brothers death so obviously they did care about each other.

Higurashi, Kagome


Kagome thought she'd be able to reason with Hiten since he seemed more human than his brother. She changes her mind when he kills off this woman easily. Hiten only keeps her alive to trade her for the shards. He nearly killed her after his brother was killed.

InuYasha


InuYasha is his rival during the episodes nine and ten. Their fight starts at the end of episode nine where Hiten attempts to trade Kagome for the shards. He quickly finds out she lied to him. He loses after InuYasha thinks that Kagome has been killed.
